Forspoken: How To Use Cuff Counter

Published Date :

While playing Forspoken, one of the handy skills you can learn is how to counter. This is a skill that can be very useful in Battle. Using it you can not only defend yourself but also return some damage to your opponent. And it even heals you in the process. So here is how you can use the cuff counter in Forspoken and do the Precision counter.

How to Counter in Forspoken

forspoken how to use cuff and precision counter

You can use a Cuff Counter in Forspoken by pressing Triangle or Y button on your Controller before enemy attack lands. The process is quite simple and even forgiving for once. Here is what you have to do:

  1. Wait for your enemy to launch their attack.
  2. Just before their attack is about to connect, press the Cuff Counter button. This is Triangle for PlayStation controllers and Y for Xbox controllers on PC.

The better you time your counter the more HP you will regain. Do remember though you can only regain HP as much as the power of the enemy attack and never more than that from a counter.

How to do a Precision Counter

A precision counter, as the name implies is more precise than your regular cuff counter. While normally countering, you can choose to block a bit early. This will not restore as much health as the power of the enemy attack, but a block can certainly be useful. But for a Precision counter, you need to press the Triangle or Y button just in time to counter your enemy attack. The counterattack from this move will be a lot stronger, and the HP you regain will also be notably more.

That covers this guide on how to Counter in Forspoken and what Precision cuff counter is.
