Published Date :

You can Combine Items from your Inventory and save a handful of time in Baldur’s Gate 3. Besides going to forges and furnaces, players can craft new items from anywhere using this method. However, this method is beneficial only if you know the correct recipe for crafting an item. But on a positive note, you can combine items and get something new in BG3. Sounds intriguing right? Take a look below to get started.

How to Combine Items from Inventory in BG3

Here’s how you can Combine Items in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3):

  • While in-game, open your Inventory
  • Navigate to the item you want to combine
  • Next, right-click on it and select the Combine option

  • After this, a new window with 3 slots will appear.
  • You need to place items that you want to combine in those slots to obtain a finished product.

Do keep in mind that not all items can be combined in BG3. Only materials that are compatible can be placed in the slots for combining. The most common items that are compatible for combining include weapons and armor. So if you are not able to find the Combine option, then it’s because that item isn’t compatible for the job.

Combining Items in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3) does not require you to learn the recipes first. The only downside of it is that you won’t know the outcome after combining the items. So it’s basically like a shot in the dark if you are randomly crafting anything.

But for those who already know the recipe, they will save themselves a lot of time by combining items in BG3. Apart from items, you can go a step ahead and Craft Potions. Just head over to our Baldur’s Gate 3 section to learn about it. Also, we have stacked up plenty of other helpful guides, so make sure to check them out as well.
