How to Get the Crystallized Seadragon

The Crystallized Seadragon can be found in the Calm Zone which is the 4th layer in Mariana’s Veil. So, you need the Submarine and complete the subsequent quests to upgrade your vehicle until you’re able to explore the Calm Zone. Note that this Secret fish is extremely rare with a catching rate of 0.49% (1/204 chance) but you can increase your chances and stacking various forms of luck in-game. This includes Server Luck x32 and the Aurora Totem.

Make sure you use the Shark Head bait to boost your chances even more, and fish during Windy weather in Spring. The Windset totem (obtainable from Snowcap Island’s cave) will force Windy weather upon activation.

If you happen to hook one while fishing in the Rainbow pool, you will see a -95% progress speed making it very challenging to catch. Make sure to use a good fishing rod with high Resilience and Control (boosted with an enchantment) so that you don’t miss the opportunity to catch the Crystallized Seadragon in Fisch. With a Tempest Rod, you can get a +15% progress speed while catching fish, which will help with this massive creature. You can also use the Heaven’s rod during this journey.

Another thing to note is that you can only reel in the Crystallized Seadragon if you have unlocked the Veil of the Forsaken.
