How to Find Calm Zone and Veil of the Forsaken in Fisch

Updated Date :

The Calm Zone is the fourth area in Mariana’s Veil whereas the Veil of the Forsaken is the fifth and last layer in Fisch. If you’re not sure how to find these locations in order to complete their bestiary, this guide will show you the way. Make sure you have already unlocked the Submarine because it will help you get to the initial levels of Heat and Ice, which require upgrades for the Sub as well. Once you have, descend into the Mariana’s Veil spot in Roslit Bay.

How to Find Calm Zone in Fisch

Keep going down until you see the fiery entrance of the Volcanic Vents, however, don’t actually go into the Vents. Keep descending further until you see the Challengers Deep area as well. You must then descend even more—follow the bright yellow lights to know that you’re on the right track.

Next, you will see the entry point to Abyssal Zenith which is yet another checkpoint you need to skip and keep going. The path can be confusing and may need a couple of tries but it will be doable.

Soon you will see some green-orange-blue-purple crystals which means you’re on the way to the Calm Zone in Fisch. When you see big blue crystals, that’s the entrance.

Keep going until you see the rock parkour course (the Advanced glider will come in handy here) and once you clear it, you need to place the 3 Secret fish to open the gate. They are: Magma Leviathan, Frozen Leviathan and Crowned Anglerfish. After opening the gate, you will see the rainbow pool which is where you can complete the Calm Zone bestiary which includes:

  • Quartzfin Queenfish (Common) – Insect, Day, Clear, Summer
  • Emerald Elephantnose (Uncommon) – Bagel, Day, Clear, Summer
  • Diamond Discus (Uncommon) – Flakes, Day, Clear, Summer
  • Sapphire Stargazer (Unusual) – Seaweed, Any, Clear, Spring
  • Prismatic Parrotfish (Rare) – Minnow, Any, Clear, Spring
  • Ruby Rasbora (Rare) – Squid, Night, Clear, Winter
  • Crystal Corydoras (Legendary) – Truffle Worm, Night, Clear, Autumn
  • Shimmering Silverside (Mythical) – Truffle Worm, Night, Clear, Autumn
  • Crystallized Seadragon (Secret) – Shark head, Any, Windy, Spring

You can pay the fee to the Calm Zone Inn Keeper if you don’t want to make this journey again and he can be found at X: -4251, Y: -11200, Z: 1798. However, there is no way (at the time of writing) to go back to the surface, and going up could be a hassle on your Submarine. Hopefully, the developers add a portal here.

How to Find the Veil of the Forsaken in Fisch

When you’re at the back of the Calm Zone, you will see 4 statues that are part of a puzzle. In one minute, you need to move them all to the correct position and they will turn green. After solving this puzzle, you will gain access to the Veil of the Forsaken.

This also initiates a boss fight against the Scylla Boss. When you defeat the Scylla, you will be able to fish at this location. The complete Veil of the Forsaken bestiary at the time of writing includes:
