To be able to get to Nokstella, players will need to follow Ranni’s questline. She is a witch who can be found at Three Sisters, the sub-region of Liurnia of the Lake. But before that, you will have to reach a dungeon called Caria Manor.
After making your way through the most of it, you will reach an oval platform that is surrounded by chairs. Here, you will face your first boss – Royal Knight Loretta. After beating her, head directly north from the site of grace. You will find a small exit that will help you proceed to the Three Sisters.
Behind the Caria Manor, is Ranni’s Rise. It will be guarded by Dragon Adula. Luckily for you, you won’t have to beat this boss. The dragon will leave the fight midway once he loses half of his HP. Now, you will need to go all the way to the top. Interact with Ranni, and she will give you a quest. You will need to get the Fingerslayer Blade for her in order to get to Nokstella, Eternal City in Elden Ring.
You will be able to find this blade at Noktron, Eternal City. But the only way to unlock this area is to defeat Starscourge Radahn, one of the toughest Demi-God bosses in Elden Ring. Once you’re here, you will need to keep descending until you reach the bottom. You will have to defeat a couple of bosses in the process. The Fingerslayer Blade will be located in a chest in one of the buildings.
Now, you will need to return to Ranni to complete the quest. She will reward you with the Carian Inverted Statue. You will need to go to the tower that is north of Ranni’s tower to reach Rennas rise.
