What are House Points in New World?
House Points is a points-based system in the game that works with the customization factor of the house. Every time you add in a new object to your house, you will get additional house points. However, there are more factors that come into play here.
House Points also change on the basis of the Territory Standigs. The higher the territory standing, the better chance of you getting higher house points. Your neighborhood will also affect the total points you get. If you want to get a higher point rating, you should focus on the Furnishing Skill.
On top of this, even the placement of certain objects in and around the house will change your score. Also, you can’t simply keep adding the same stuff to your house in hopes of getting a higher score. The House Points system in New World is pretty smart in that sense. It will give you a negative score if you just keep spamming one particular item.
The House Points system doesn’t have any rewards as such. However, players with the highest points rating will be displayed on the top of a server. Other players will be able to visit and take a tour of your house too.
