GTA 6 has suffered another major leak, with an anonymous entity known as Cyberleek releasing alleged gameplay footage and images claiming to show the game’s full map. The leaks surfaced on August 18, just nine days before Rockstar’s planned Netflix reveal.
Rockstar has not officially confirmed the material. However, the company has reportedly issued DMCA takedowns against posts sharing the leaked footage and map, suggesting the material may be legitimate.
What Did Cyberleek Leak from GTA 6?

The leaked footage reportedly shows Jason playing basketball and driving through Leonida. Players may have spotted various potentially new mechanics, including a Focus stat, improvements in the Wanted system and other gameplay elements that have not yet been officially revealed.
Full GTA 6 Map Allegedly Leaked Online
Alongside the videos, an alleged full GTA 6 map has also appeared online. The map reportedly shows Leonida divided into five counties, including Lummox, Leonard, Kelly, Vice Dale, and Mariana, alongside Vice City and surrounding areas. Since Rockstar has not confirmed the map, its exact details should still be treated as unverified.
What Are Cyberleek’s Demands?
Cyberleek claims the leak is part of a protest against what it considers anti-consumer practices in the gaming industry. Its manifesto lists three major demands:
- End digital pre-orders. Cyberleek argues that digital games cannot sell out, making pre-orders unnecessary.
- Stop selling locked single-player content. The group wants publishers to stop charging for content already included in game files.
- Preserve single-player games offline. Games should remain playable after their online servers are shut down.
Cyberleek has also demanded a public apology and concrete commitments from Rockstar and Take-Two, while threatening to continue releasing material if its demands are ignored.
