Since the Greatstaff of the Crone is a Unique weapon, there is only one way to get it. You will have to reach World Tier 3 in Diablo 4. The Nightmare World level is unlocked after you defeat the Curator at the Cathedral of Light Capstone dungeon at Kyovashad. After doing that, Unique weapons like the Greatstaff of the Crone will start dropping for you.

There is no specific location for the Greatstaff of the Crone in Diablo 4. You can find the Unique weapon by defeating enemies, looting chests, or destroying objects while being on World Tier 3 or 4 difficulties. You have higher odds of getting Greatstaff of the Crone when you unlock World Tier 4: Torment. However, reaching the final difficulty level is quite difficult as you will have to get past Level 50 of Diablo 4 as well. To reach World Tier 4, you will have to clear the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon on Level 3 difficulty. This is the same World Tier where you find another rare category of item called Ancestral Gear.

So, keep looking for this Unique Druid-specific weapon as you explore the Sanctuary. You can also try completing Helltide events in Diablo 4 to further improve your chances of finding the Greatstaff of the Crone.

We hope that you have now understood how to get the Greatstaff of the Crone in Diablo 4. If you are on a quest to unlock more rare weapons like this, then check out the best way to farm and get Uniques in D4.
