To get Glimmering Charm in Pokemon SV Teal Mask, players will need to first complete the Kitakami Pokedex. There are 200 Pokemon that you will need to register to fill out the Pokedex in the game. This makes acquiring the Glimmering Charm time-consuming. However, once you have all the 200 entries down, you will have to meet Jacq.
You will come across Jacq at Reveler’s Road located between Mossui Town and Kitakami Hall. He will be standing right where he handed over the egg. Once you interact with him and let him know that you have registered all the entries in the Pokedex, he will be shocked and will hand over the Glimmering Charm to you.
