Dredge Upgrade Materials: How To Get Them

Published Date :

Are you looking to obtain some Upgrade Materials like Lumber (Wood) or Scrap in Dredge? If yes, then you have just arrived at the right place. Upgrade Materials are the key items needed for leveling up your Boat. There are several upgradable things that you can add to the Boat such as extra storage, lights, engines, etc. You will require certain materials to perform these upgrades. That being said, here’s how you can obtain the Upgrade Materials for good.

How to Obtain Upgrade Materials in Dredge

In Dredge, you can get Upgrade Materials with the help of the Dredging upgrade. For those who don’t know, Dredging allows you to extract resources from under the sea. However, it is not unlocked by default. Don’t worry, this upgrade is unlocked eventually during the early period. Further, here are all the Upgrade Materials that you will need to level up your Boat:

Once you have unlocked the Dredging feature, look out for bubbles in the sea. Such bubble spots are the location where you can perform Dredging. Through this, you can extract several items from the sea such as Research Parts and Upgrade Materials such as Lumber (Wood), Metal Scraps, and Bolt of Cloth. However, you can not obtain Sheet Metal and Refined Metal via Dredging. Both of these Upgrade Materials can be obtained by purchasing them from Travelling Merchants in Dredge.

To make things easier, you can use a Telescope to know what’s floating inside the water. Apparently, it will display the shadow of the item inside the water that will help you identify what’s inside.

That’s everything you can do to obtain Upgrade Materials in Dredge. While you are here, make sure to check out our other guide on How to Make Quick Money. In addition, you can also take a look at our Dredge Guides on Gamer Tweak for more such content.
