To get the Raft Temperance Code, you will have to solve the puzzle in the Temperance Observatory. As you move towards the observatory, you will see a giant hole surrounded by the fence. To enter the observatory, you will have to drop down in the hole, swim, and find the ladder up. Once you are inside, look for four notes, each representing a constellation.
Here are the constellations you have to look for:

- Puffer Fish
- Hook
- Raft
As soon as you manage to get these notes, head to the observatory and look for the constellations. The number of bright stars represents the numerical value of the code. The code will be represented by the placements of the notes in the diary.
