Animal Well: Where To Find Stopwatch And How To Use It

Published Date :

One of the best ways to track your playtime is to get Stopwatch in Animal Well. There are several different items that you can collect in this game. Some like Firecrackers and Top are needed to solve puzzles and for progression. While others have more of a passive use. Stopwatch works like the latter. So this is what you need to do to unlock it, where you can find it, and how you can use it.

How to Get the Stopwatch in Animal Well

You can get the Stopwatch from the giant clock room after defeating the Final boss. The character you are looking for is none other than the squirrel that you can find quite early after making initial progress.

  1. Play the game until you can beat the Manticore.
  2. After the credits, unlock the door on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Here, you can save your progress if you want.
  4. Continue going right.
  5. You will now come to the Giant Clock room.
  6. On the bottom left corner of the screen, you can find some vines. This is a hidden section.
  7. Go there and you will find the squirrel.
  8. Walk up to it and you will have the option to take the Stopwatch from it.

How to Use the Stopwatch

As explained above this isn’t an item like the Bubble wand, Top, or others that you can use normally. It can be used to check your playtime of the current save in the pause screen.

Do note that many players are complaining of it being bugged. What happens is even after having it you don’t get to see your time on the pause screen. If you face the same issue, you can try restarting your game or verifying files to see if it helps.

That sums up everything on how to get Stopwatch in Animal Well, to how you can use it. For more help on this game be sure to also check our guides on how to break glass blocks and get the UV lantern.
