You can get a Sneasel in Pokemon Legends Arceus. This is a Pokemon that was originally introduced in Gen 2 of the series. But in this game, it has two forms. Sneasel which evolves into Weavile, both these are Dark Ice-type Pokemon. And Hisuian Sneasel that evolves into a Sneasler, these are Poison Fighting-type Pokemon. How to Get Sneasel in Pokemon Legends Arecus
There are two forms of Sneasel that you can get in this game.
- Hisuian Sneasel: Hisuian Sneasel is a lot easier to catch in this game when compared to the other form. Go to the following places when looking for a Hisuian Sneasel.
- Coronet Highlands
- Primeval Grotto
- Celestica Trail
- Alabaster Icelands
- Avalugg’s Legacy
- Glacier Terrace
- Coronet Highlands
- Sneasel (Johto Sneasel): Johto Sneasel is a lot harder to get your hands on. The main reason for it is you can only catch it in Space-Time Distortions. While there is no fixed region for Space-Time Distortions to look for, try catching one in Obsidian Fieldlands. Wait somewhere in the region until the game notifies you a Space-Time Distortion is forming. The moment you get this message look for it and go there. Once a Sneasel does spawn then catch it as soon as possible. The reason for being quick is, that the other Pokemon should not get a chance to target you. You can use the following Poke ball to increase your chances of getting it.
- Great ball
- Ultra ball
- Leaden Ball
- Gigaton Ball
Once you catch them you can start preparing for the next step, which is evolving them.
How to Evolve Sneasel into Weavile in Pokemon Legends Arceus
You can evolve your Sneasel into a Weavile using a Razor Claw at night. This step is important as, if you don’t use it at nightfall it won’t evolve. You can get a Razor Claw for 1400 Merit Points at the Trading Post in Jubilife Village. To earn Merit Points return lost satchels you find on the map.
- Buy a Razor Claw from the Merit Shop.
- Open your inventory and use it on Sneasel.
- This will evolve it into a Weavile.
How to Evolve Sneasel into Sneasler
The process is exactly the same as that you use when evolving a Weavile. All you have to do is use a Razor Claw on a Hisuian Sneasel to evolve it into a Sneasler.
