There is a chance you can get an Oval stone as their held item when you catch them. And the other way to get it is by defeating them. Once you defeat them they can drop an Oval stone. Below is the location where you can find it and how to get to it.
- Fast travel to the Grandtree Arena in Obsidian Fieldlands.
- Next, go north to the area where you can find Machop and Machoke. This area is near the Alpha Blissey.
- The same area where you find these fighting Pokemon is also the location where Happiny or Chansey can spawn.
- You can also find Happiny in Alabaster Icelands, Crimson Mirelands, and Cobalt Coastlands.
