Interact, and it will drop the potato on the ground. Pick it up and head to the Cooking Station to cook “Icy-Red Stew… Yuck” with these ingredients:

Raspberry is picked from the Plaza and Peaceful Meadow bushes. It takes 17 minutes to grow after each harvest. Slush Ice can be purchased from Chez Remy for 150 Star Coins after completing “The Unknown Flavor” quest. Chili Pepper can be bought from Goofy’s Stall in the Sunlit Plateau for 117 Star Coins. You can buy its seed for 20 Star Coins, and plant it to harvest after 45 minutes. The last item, Lobster, is caught from the gold ripples of the Glade of Trust.
Remy’s House is unlocked during the Ratatouille Realm quest: An Important Night at the Restaurant. It will cost you 2000 Star Coins to construct the place.
