You can get the Operator Kills by eliminating the real player enemies in MW2. You can head to any Multiplayer mode to complete the Operator Kill challenges. Quite obviously, these enemies are not AQ Soldiers or AI-controlled enemies. So, they can be much more challenging to kill.
