You don’t have to download any third-party tool, Light Saber falls under the Special Weapon Category in RE9. It can be unlocked by completing some challenges in the game. How to Unlock Special Weapons in Resident Evil Village?
Complete the game on any Difficulty Level first. By doing this you will see a new Difficulty Level – Village of Shadows added to the game. Also, it will add Bonuses Content in the Menu. This includes items like Extra Content Shop, Concept Art, Figures, and Challenges. None of these bonus content will be available until you complete the game first.
From the Main Game Menu go to Bonuses. Select Extra Content Shop from the left and buy The Mercenaries Mode. Go back and select the new Mercenaries Mode, and click on Start. Complete all challenges in this mode with SS Rank.

The above list features challenges in the new RE Village Mercenaries Mode. Complete them all with SS Rank and you will be able to unlock the purchase of Special Weapons. This going to take some time, later visit back to the Extra Content Shop and buy LZ Answerer for 70000CP. Launch the game and then find Duke. Go to his Shop and buy LZ Answerer from the Weapons Section. It will cost you 200 Lei cions.
