TMs, also known as Technical Machines, are Items that allow the Players to change the Movesets of their Pokemon. This is also true in Pokemon GO. In this game, TMs come in two types, Fast TM & Charged TM. The Charged TM in Pokemon GO can help the player in changing their Pokemon’s Charged Moves. You can get a Charged TM as a reward by winning Raid Battles, completing Research tasks, or completing a Trainer Battle. You can get the Elite version as an end-of-season reward in GO Battle League if they are placed high enough.

Once you have a Charged TM, you can use it on your Pokemon by using it from the Items Inventory and then choosing the Pokemon. If your Pokemon has more than one Charged Moves then you get to choose which one to replace. The Charged TM will randomly select a Charged Move of the Type you have chosen for that Pokemon. This is a pretty good way of making your most powerful Pokemon useful as their Moves will be the best set possible. Although it may take more than one Charged TM as getting the Charged move you want may not happen on the first try.
