Once you have done that you get a servant in the form of Tubby. With the help of Tubby, you will be able to acquire various blueprints for the construction of your house.
Increasing the Trust Rank and Adeptal Energy will help you speed things along. It will also net you a larger income of Realm Currency which is necessary for building a house.
