Once your Trust Rank with Tubby increases you will be able to accumulate more Realm Currency which you can spend on objects.
To check your realm currency, interact with Tubby. In the top right corner, you will be able to see a number with a bar below it. This indicates your Trust Rank. The higher the Trust Rank, the more number of objects and furnishings you can craft for your home.
