The next thing to do is head to the solo windmill of the three and climb all the way to the top. You won’t be able to get to the top by simply climbing it. You can take the help of the Knights Building to jump your way to the top of the windmill. Once at the top, glide through the top walkway and you will land at a location with the chest. Once you reach the marked location, start climbing on the cliffs that you find there. You will find a waterfall surrounded by three ornate pillars. All you need to do is use Kaeya to freeze those pillars. As soon as the pillars are frozen, a chest will spawn.
