Session Log Out

- Now, tap on the Settings gear from the top right and select Settings.
- Select Security and scroll down till you see Log Out of All Other Sessions.

Restart the Roblox and Game
If possible log out from the Roblox and log in again. Then launch the game using a public server. If it is working there, leave the experience and join again from the private server you or your friend created. If it is still not working, wait for some time and try again.
Check Permissions of Private Server
While creating a Private Server in Roblox games, you get to customize it. If you turned off Allow Joining as well as Friends Allowed but added a few members during customization, the other friends will be unable to join the server. You have to either add them to Server Members or turn on the Friends Allowed. You can change the setting by going to the configure option found in the three dots in the upper right corner of your private server.
