You can fix the HTTP Response Code 202 error in OW2 by accepting the new Terms and Conditions of the Battle.net launcher. This error usually occurs due to the lack of permissions and T&C.

So, follow the below steps:

  • Exit the game and log in with a Battle.net account using your PlayStation or Xbox account.
  • Once you have verified and logged in to your account, a new Terms and Conditions dialog box will appear.
  • Then, scroll down and press the Accept button.
  • Finally, restart Overwatch 2 and check if the error code persists.

Hopefully, following the above steps will resolve the issue for you since it worked for many players as confirmed on Blizzard Forums.

But if it didn’t work out for you, we highly recommend contacting Blizzard Support. You can submit a ticket over there describing the error code you are facing. Then, wait for some time until the Customer Support team reverts you with a suitable workaround.
