The Ancient Archives is a part of the new Ancient Isle island that brings along a lot of fresh content and features like craftable rods. However, to get to the crafting, you need access to the craft table that’s located deep inside the Archives. For now, a door blocks your way, and there’s a challenging process to complete to get in. Here’s what you need to do to open the Ancient Archives door in Roblox Fisch.
How to Open the Ancient Archives Door in Roblox Fisch
The four fragments are located in different parts of Ancient Isle – near the waterfall, under it, on top of a hill and inside a cave. Check out our linked guide to know the exact locations with the coordinates.
Remember to avoid accidentally selling any of these items, especially the Solar and Earth fragments because they do not respawn. You will have to make or use an alternate account and offer the item to your main character if you’ve already sold them. Favorite them to store them safely in your inventory.
How to Open the Vault Door
Once you have all the necessary items, it’s time to visit the Ancient Archives. Head to the waterfall near the Xiphactinus area and make your way to the top. Then drop down slowly by jumping onto the ledges. You should be able to see the entrance right behind the waterfall. Get in and you will find yourself in a cave with a hole in the ground. Don’t jump down right away — use the rope to slowly go to the lower level.
Here’s the tricky part. You need 4 people to open the Ancient Archives door in Fisch, which is bad news for solo players like me. The best thing to do is plan the visit with in-game players, or get another friend and you both use alt accounts to get this task done.
However, you also need it to be Eclipse at the moment, otherwise the statues won’t make a difference. If the Eclipse is currently going on (which can be triggered with an Eclipse totem), each player must hold a fragment in their hand and step on the pressure plate in front of a statue.
The color of the fragment should match the color of the statue. For example, the Solar Fragment is yellow, so the player holding it should stand on the pressure plate in front of the yellow pillar. Also, rotate the pillar so that it faces you.
When all of these conditions are fulfilled, the Ancient Archives door in Fisch will finally open and will stay open for every player who participated in this ritual. This will stay open for all your future visits, so thankfully, all the effort would be worthwhile and you can use the crafting table to create new rods easily.
