How To Find Worms In Disney Dreamlight Valley

Updated Date :

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a life-sim type adventure RPG in the world of Dreamlight Valley where you can find your favorite Disney characters and interact with them. Whether you’re looking for Coconuts in the game or just trying to increase your Friendship Level with Maui by completing all his quests, at some point you will require worms to progress in the game. Worms are required to catch the magical eels that grow into Coconut Trees as per the Hawaiian folklore depicted in the Moana Realm. So in this guide, we will break down how you can get worms in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Get Worms in Disney Dreamlight Valley

So when you reach Level 2 of Friendship with Maui, the demi-god will assign you the quest ‘Burying the Eel’ requiring you to collect some Softwood and Worms and craft the Eel Traps. Along with that Maui will also give you a hint that the worms can be found near lakes. So all you need to do to get them is to go to the Peaceful Meadows region in Dreamlight Valley since there are a lot of lakes in this biome. Once you are there, you need to keep an eye out for glowing spots on the ground because this is where the worms have spawned. Now equip your shovel to dig those spots and you should be able to get worms in a short amount of time.

You can also try to bring a character with you that is assigned to digging and has a bonus on it. This will help you get double the amount of worms you receive from the task and fast-track the process. Once you have acquired enough worms you can head back to Maui to complete the rest of the quest of getting coconuts in Dreamlight Valley.

An important thing to remember while looking for worms in Dreamlight Valley is that worms will only spawn when the ‘Burying the Eel’ quest is active. The Maui quest is the only way to get ahold of worms in the game.
