Players can get their hands on Vestige Seeds from an NPC merchant named Molhu in Lords of the Fallen. You will come across the Umbral High Priest at the Skyrest Bridge along with other NPCs in the game. The closest Vestige alongside the Skyrest Bridge would be the Vestige of Ethryg. You will only come across him in the Umbral realm which is why you will need the Umbral Lamp in the game.
Molhu will sell you the Vestige Seeds for around 2500 Vigor which can be obtained through defeating enemies. You can buy as many Vestige Seeds as you want in Lords of the Fallen. However, you will only be able to use one while progressing through the Umbral realm.
Another best bet for players to find Vestige Seeds in Lords of the Fallen would be to defeat Elite Umbral enemies or main bosses.
