As of now, there is no way to fix the Forzathon shop in Forza Horizon 5. And that is because Playground games are aware of this bug and are already working on possible fixes. If you try to browse the Forzathon shop you get the following error message “Failed to download shop items. Please try again later.”. They have acknowledged this bug and when a fix will be out you can find it on their social channels. So the only way you can fix this bug is by updating your game when the game releases an update with this issue resolved.
Because of this issue, you cannot purchase anything from the Shop. At least not just yet, once the developers fix this issue you should be good to go. When you complete them you get Forzathon points. Daily challenges are a bit laxer and you should be able to complete them easily. And weekly challenges are a bit tougher, but when you complete them you get significantly more points.
