Play Smaller Missions
Smaller Missions like Eradicate Terminid Swarm and Eradicate Automaton Forces are set on smaller maps. Since the area to explore is comparatively less, your chances of getting Samples there increase. So I think it would be wise to choose a map that’s smaller in size if you want to farm Samples in Helldivers 2.
Activate Radio Towers
During any mission, you can get away from completing objectives and fix broken Radio Towers. Doing so will reward you with EXP and Requisition. Not only that but also it will mark all the POIs on the map. So you can easily go to them and loot whatever resource it has to offer. If lucky, you can get your hands on some Samples in Helldivers 2. This method is way better as you already know the locations of the caches and other beacons. All you have to do is travel and loot.
