The launch of Fallout 76 was disastrous and Bethesda felt the effects of the game not delivering as per the expectations, but developers have released a roadmap which outlines the vision the developers have for the game this year.
The developers recently said, “We know the game had a difficult launch, and we’ve made mistakes along the way. We share in your frustrations when we do. We’ll probably make a few more, and when we do, we will work to correct them as quickly as possible.”
But the developers are determined that they can turn this around and make amends for delivering a product that hasn’t delivered as per the company standards and moreover it is threatening to damage the reputation of the entire Fallout franchise which is built over a number of years.
The developers have promised a new game mode, high-level Vault raids through Vaults 96 and 94, and new more powerful abilities to those who have already maxed out their characters.
The new update is scheduled to come in the following months which is explained here in the images below:
The developers finished the post stating, “Thanks again for sticking with us. It’s a privilege to have such passionate and caring fans. We have big plans for 2019 and we’d love to hear your continued feedback on everything we’re doing… Your voices push us to do better and your support has meant everything to us. We’ll do our best to earn it.”
It is nice to know that the developers have something in store in hopes that will bring players back to the game and change a game after most in the gaming community have already doomed it.
