The Woods Factory Gate Extraction point seems like a normal exit point in the game but it has a condition that you have to escape with a Scav if you are playing as a PMC or escape with a PMC if you are playing as a Scav.
Now, this is easier said than done because the entire focus of the game is to defeat the two different classes. This makes escaping with an enemy even more challenging. Not only do you have to exit with someone from the opposing faction you also have to convince them from doing so.
The first thing you can do is have a friend play along with you on the opposing faction and leave together, however, you will have to make sure that you aren’t being spotted by anyone and at the same time, you will have to defeat the AI bots in the game.
If you are playing solo and want to complete the Woods Factory Gate Extraction you will have to convince someone from the opposing faction, you can use emotes but not everyone is as friendly, even if you manage to convince someone you will have to carefully manage to reach the exit point which will surely be surrounded with either your or your partners enemies.

Where to Find Woods Factory Gate Extraction Point in Woods Map in Escape from Tarkov
The Woods Factory Factory Gate Extraction Point is located at the northwestern part of the map. Depending on your spawn point you will have to make your way to the Extraction Point.
If you spawn in the west, make sure that you hug the edges of the map and reach Old Station. From there all you have to do is follow the train tracks, there will be patches where you will be out in the open so make sure that you have checked your surroundings.
As soon as you pass the White Tanker, you should be able to see the huge nuclear cooling towers. This is the place where you will find the Woods Factory Extraction Point.
If you spawn near UN road, all you have to do is follow the road and look to the left when you pass the Shack, this shouldn’t be so difficult and you can find a way rather easily from here.
If you spawn near the lake, you will have to move west and go beyond the Peninsula and Car Crash. As soon as you cross the RUAF Roadblock exit point, follow the road and go past the Bus Stop.
You should be able to see train tracks from there, before that you should see a broken-down truck, this will indicate that you are near the train tracks.
