While scavenging the moons for scraps, players will come across different types of monstrous entities, and surviving them can be a real task in Lethal Company. The Hygrodere is one such creature that you will need to be aware of since it will kill you almost instantly in the game. Since these slimy blobs are drawn to heat and oxygen they will follow you around endlessly unlike other creatures like the Snare Flea or Bunker Spider which might kill you once you come across them.
Hygrodere also multiplies rapidly which can take large spaces around you making it tough to access certain areas when needed. However, there are some weaknesses that you can exploit to deal with them in Lethal Company. And since you want to meet the quota of the company profit without any hassle, here is how to deal with these slime creatures in the game.
How to Deal With Hygrodere in Lethal Company
Unfortunately, since Hygrodere can’t be killed, players will need to find a way to maneuver around the creature in Lethal Company. However, you will need to be careful as accidentally landing inside one might deal tons of damage in a couple of hits. You can maneuver around the creature while walking on railings instead of on the floor in the game. This will help you get around it and access the area needed to collect scraps.
One of the best bets that players have while dealing with Hygrodere is to find an elevated space or a tall object. Since the creature can’t climb on any elevated spaces or objects, you can easily stand on top of them to avoid it. It is worth mentioning that you will be able to tank 1-2 hits from the creature in Lethal Company. We would suggest that you jump over the Hygrodere as the last resort in the game. Players can even trap the creature behind normally locked doors, which you won’t be able to do for many entities out there.
Another way to lure Hygrodere away from you would be to place a boombox somewhere. Once you place the boombox and play music on it, the creature will be automatically attracted to it and will go away from you in the game. This will distract it long enough for you to access the area and collect scraps or move along. We would recommend you not hit Hygrodere with a shovel or a stop sign as they will multiply very quickly making it harder to deal with them in Lethal Company.
