The Disgorged Lump in Lost Ark is a collectible item that can be foraged from plants, a very specific type of plant. The Plants are located in Longhill, Rethramis. To get there, you will need to go towards the Southern continent of Arthemis. In that continent, head towards the Central Western side to get to Longhill. Now as shown in the image, the Disgorged Lump should be found in the Bushes. There will be some White Birds around you. Take it back to Hely in Prideholme and she will make the Protein-Packed White Bird Stew with the Disgorged Lump and a bit of Silver.
As per the description in the game, Disgorged Lumps are lumps of vomit that White Birds in Loghill feed their babies. It may sound gross but this item has high value as you will be able to make Protein-Packed White Bird Stew. Not only will you get the Stew, but it will also complete the cooking section of the Adventurer’s Tome. The Protein-Packed White Bird Stew is the last recipe you will need to make to complete the Rethramis Adventurer’s Tome. This will reward you heavily.
