The two patient rooms are in the White Bishop building next to the helicopter in the Reserve Region.
Once you enter the building, use the stairs and head to the first floor. Then, go into the room to the extreme left and find the first medical journal between two wooden documents.
The second medical journal is in a room on the opposite side of the corridor. You’ll recognize this room by the red nameplate on the door. Inside the room, you’ll find the second medical journal on the bottom shelf of the cabinet to your left.
