The Vitamins Part 1 is one of the simpler quests by Skier in Escape From Tarkov. The whole quest involves locating and recovering certain items. Moreover, you will need two keys to recover these items. However, it isn’t as simple as visiting the marked location. Tarkov is known for its realistic gameplay. It will give you the bare minimum hints as to where the required items are located. Well, no need to worry as we will tell you where to find them.

How to Do Vitamins Part 1 Quest In Escape From Tarkov
To complete the Vitamins Part 1 Quest in Escape from Tarkov, you’ll have to pick up three Chemical Containers and hand them over to Skier.
First Chemical Container
The first Chemical container is located in the Shoreline region. To get this container, head over to the Resort and enter the West Wing. Then, make your way to Room No. 112. Unlock the door to this room and find the fridge to the left of the entrance. In that fridge, you’ll find the first Chemical Container.
Second Chemical Container
The second Chemical Container is located in the Interchange region. You can get this container in the Mantis shop located in the center of the mall. Once you enter the shop, make your way to the right-hand corner and you will notice many makeshift hospital beds. You’ll find the container in the last section to the right in a metal box.
Third Chemical Container
The third Chemical Container is located in the Interchange itself. Once you get the second one, head out to the hallway and enter the store called Emercom to your left. In this store, go to the center area and look for a similar box as the last one. You’ll find the container in that box.
How to Get Vitamins Part 1 Keys in EFT
To enter Room 112 and the Emercom Store, you will need two separate keys. Here’s how to get them:
- Room 112 Key
- Jackets, pockets, and bags of Scavs
- Yellow Bus in Shoreline.
- Emercom Key
- Jackets, pockets, and bags of Scavs
- Customs Crashed Ambulance

Once you hand over all three containers, you will get the following rewards:
- +13,000 EXP
- Skier Rep +0.05
- Jaeger Rep -0.01
- 40,000 Roubles
- 42,000 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
- 46,000 Roubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
- 3× Holosun HS401G5 reflex sight
- 2× Trijicon SRS-02 reflex sight
