How to Use Cheats in Project Zomboid?

To use and access cheats in Project Zomboid, all you need to do is follow the same steps as you did for the Debug mode. Once you make it to the insect icon to the bottom left, click on it and open the Debug menu. Clicking on the General Debuggers button will give you access to several different actions you can influence such as health, stamina, dirt, etc. Another additional advantage of this menu is the freedom to toggle between switching cheats on and off.

God Mode Cheat

Another very popular cheat with Project Zomboid players is the God Mode cheat. As the name suggests, this cheat gives you control of virtually everything in the game. To access it, you need to simply go to the General Debuggers menu and then look for Modifiers and Body. Click on this and head right to the bottom and look for God Mode. Simply tick this box to enjoy the God Mode cheat.

Ghost Mode Cheat

As the name suggests, the Ghost Mode cheat will let you go undetected when you are near enemies. You will not, however, be immune from any damage, so you need to keep this in mind. To access this cheat, follow the same steps as the God Mode. This time, you need to go to the bottom of the Moodles and Body menu. Look for the Ghost Mode cheat and make sure to tick the box next to it.

Creative Mode Cheat

Also known as the No Building Cost cheat, this cheat in Project Zomboid allows you to build literally whatever you want without paying a single penny! To use the cheat, simply use the right-click menu on your screen. Now, pick the items of your choice and simply add them to your layout. You will be able to do so effortlessly without spending anything.
