When you begin Fool On The Hill quest in Cyberpunk 2077, Mistry will ask you to discover the location of all Tarot Graffiti in the game. There are 22 Tarot Graffiti scattered throughout the game. Since the vast map of Cyberpunk 2077 has dozens of icons and finding Tarot Graffiti among them could be a difficult task.
There are a total of 22 Tarot Graffiti in Cyberpunk 2077 but you will have to find the location of 20 and scan them to complete the side job called Fool On The Hill. The remaining two Tarot Graffiti are hidden in the main story.
If you have not yet collected any of the Tarot Graffiti and have been having trouble to find their exact location then don’t fret, finding them on the map of Cyberpunk 2077 is straightforward. You simply need to open up your map and filter the open world view and head over their locations and scan to check out the murals.
Now, you will need to collect 20 Tarot Graffiti to unlock the Wandering Fool achievement for Cyberpunk 2077.

All Tarot Card Graffiti Mural Locations in Cyberpunk 2077
Tarot Card 1 – The Fool (Little China, Watson)
To get there, you will need to take the elevator to the services level and then follow the marker, which leads you to the Graffiti on the wall.
Tarot Card 2 – The Magician
The second Tarot Card is located right out front of Lizzie’s Bar.
Tarot Card 3 – The High Priestess (Vista Del Ray, Heywood)
To get your hands on the third Tarot Card, you are required to go inside the apartment complex at Vista Dey Rey, Heywood and reach the fourth floor. Once you get there, go towards the corner and look towards the left of the elevator for The High Priestess on the wall.
Tarot Card 4 – The Empress (Little China, Watson)
To get this Tarot Card, you will have to go down the two sets of stairs and there you will it against the wall behind the piles of garbage.
Tarot Card 5 – The Emperor (Arasaka Waterfront)
To get this Tarot Card Graffiti, you will have to reach the Areasaka Waterfront, which is located in the Watson district. When you reached the said location, you will find The Emperor Tarot Card on the outside of the building’s perimeter.
Tarot Card 6 – The Heirophant (Japan Town West, Westbrook)
After reaching the mentioned location, you will have to climb down the ladder and go through the tunnel. There, you will get the graffiti on the left wall.
Tarot Card 7 – The Lovers (Silver Pixel Cloud, Westbrook)
To get access to enter this area, you will have to enter code 0000 on the keyboard. When you gain access, you will find this graffiti on the big screen.
Tarot Card 8 – The Chariot (Little China, Watson)
After reaching the Waston district, you will need to head over to Little China. When you get there, you will find this Tarot Card on the wall. You can easily track it down if you follow the marker on the map.
Tarot Card 9 – Strength (Rancho Coronado, Santo Domingo)
Once you have reached the mentioned area, head to the San Amaro Street shipping container year and get inside the compound. There, you will this graffiti.
Tarot Card 10 – The Hermit (Coastview, Pacifica)
To get your hands on this Tarot Card, you will have to may your way to the Chapel in Coastview Pacifica. Once you get there, you will find it on the side of the building next to the scaffolding.
Tarot Card 11 – Wheel of Fortune (Sunset Motel, Badlands)
To discover this graffiti, you will have to drive all the way to the east of Night City. Once you get there, you need to head to the Sunset Motel in the Badlands.
Tarot Card 12 – Justice (Arroyo, Santo Domingo)
To get this graffiti, you will need to jump onto the boxes to the left of the door and go inside the compound. Now, look up and you will see this Tarot Card on the side of the giant silo.
Tarot Card 13 – The Hanged Man (North of Night City)
To get this graffiti, you will need to get to the Waston district, which is located in Night City. Once you have reached the location, you will find The Hanged Man Tarot Card on top of a silo.
Tarot Card 14 – Death (The Glen, Heywood)
To discover the location of this Tarot Card, you will need to arrive the market at The Glen in Heywood. Once you get there, you will find this Tarot Card on the wall of the tall building.
Tarot Card 15 – Temperance (Caches at North Oak, Westbrook)
This Tarot Card can be found on one of the caches located in the Columbarium.
Tarot Card 16 – The Tower (Corpo Plaza, City Center)
After reaching the Corpo Plaza, go down the stairs and there you will find the Tarot Card Graffiti for The Tower on the wall.
Tarot Card 17– The Star (Solar Panels, Outskirts)
With the help of fast travel, go to the Almunecar and Jerez point. Once you get there, go towards the freeway through the Biotechnica flats. Make sure to follow the marker on the map and get to the Outskirts of Night City, where you will find the The Star Tarot Card.
Tarot Card 18 – The Sun (Little China, Watson)
Using the fast travel option, return back to Little China, which is located the Watson district of Night City. When you Little China, follow the marker and discover The Sun Tarot Card.
Tarot Card 19 – The Moon (North Oak, Westbrook)
In order to discover the location of this Tarot Card Graffiti location, you will have to drive all the way to Arasaka Estate area. When you get there, you will find a Tarot Card Graffiti on the wall of the outer perimeter.
Tarot Card 20 – The World (Rooftop, Watson)
This is the last and 20th Tarot Graffiti, which you can only find after opening the gate and get to the rooftop of the building.
Tarot Card 21 – Judgment (Story Related)
Unlike the above mentioned 20 Tarot Graffitis, you can’t find it by going to the location. You will find it when you are on your way to the final boss battle in the arena.
Tarot Card 22 – The Devil
The Devil Tarror Card is also story related Tarot Cards, which can be discovered in the Rubik’s cube room.
Once you have successfully discovered locations of all Tarot Graffiti in Cyberpunk 2077, be sure to switch back to the Fast Travel filter, so you can easily find the nearest Fast Travel point and go straight there.
