Pisces Side Job – should you accept or refuse Maiko’s payment in Cyberpunk 2077
In Pisces side job, Judy Alvarez wants you to help her freeing Clouds from Tyger Claw control and for that you meet her at Megabuilding H8 around 4:00 PM. After meeting with Judy on the ground floor, you will have to head to maintanance.
Where you get there, you will find three guards standing there that you will have to take them down. After doing this, take an elevator and go upstairs and drop down onto the balcony below the roof. There, you will find a civilian wandering around who you will have to take out before going inside.

Maiko — who is supposed to help Judy — seems to have something different in his mind. After sensing this, Judy will come to you and offer a sizeable amount to support her. Whatever you do right now will determine what’s going to happen when you progress in the game.
Accept Payment from Maiko
If you accept payment from Maiko, Judy will be angry at you and you will no longer be a part of her side job. If you are playing the game as female V, then you would not be able to romance her throughout the game. You don’t even need to kill the Tyger Claws.
Refuse Payment from Maiko
If you refuse to accept payment from Maiko then Judy will be pleased and you will be granted access to her next side job. If you are playing the game as female V then you can romance her. You don’t need to fight the Tyger Claws.
Good Ending
If you ignore the above options and tell Maiko that she has gone too far, Judy will be pleased as Maiko will no longer a boss of Clouds. However, you will have to kill the known Tyger Claws. After killing Tyger Claws, have a talk with Maiko. Make sure not to threaten her or else she will have to kill her, making Judy angry.
