Where to Find Jotaro Shobo?
There are numerous options to enter the Ho-Oh bar but you will have to choose the safest one. If you are following your Monster Hung Gig’s tracker, you can opt for the front entrance door, which will lead you to the front door, and through this door, you can easily enter the bar but the tracker leads you to a guard, who is safeguarding the private area.
If that’s the case then you will have to take a left turn from the entrance. There, you will see a window that you can open. If you are struggling to find the window entrance then using your scanner to find the Industrial Shutter is highly recommended. When you get there, you will see a couple of guards standing there but don’t worry they will walk away if you pretend to be a patient.
Once you have managed to get inside, go through the hallway and the guards will enter the room through the other side of the hallway. It is up to you to either kill them silently or take them out. On the right side of a guard from the bar, there is a window inside the room, so make sure to sneak in undetected and open the door located on the other side of the room.

When you go through this door, you will find yourself in the VIP entrance. There are guards standing outside the room, so make sure not to alert them and continue to the left and go up the stairs. When you go upstairs, you will have two paths but you will have to take the right one.
When you get there, you will be closely monitored through surveillance cameras and guards. So, be sure to sneak in undetected and reach the other side of the hallway. When you arrive at this place, take a left turn and you will see a bunch of enemies sitting there, who you can kill. Make sure to hide their bodies.
By that time, you must be reached on the third floor. From there, go towards the left side and there you will find a room, which is being protected by two guards. There’s a billboard that you will have to hack to distract guards and kill them silently.
When you get inside the room, you will find Jotaro Shobo, who you can easily kill or take him out using nonlethal force. If you opt to kill him, you will need to take his body out of the area, so you can safely escape.
