Similar to Shoot To Thrill quest, you will get a quest called Human Nature at the beginning of Act 2 in Cyberpunk 2077. This quest needs you to wait untill your car is fully repaired. But waiting for so many hours to get your car repaired is too boring and the worst part is you are not allowed to skip time-in-game.
The only option you have left is you have to either get a new car or play Cyberpunk 2077 for at least 10 hours without a car. Yes, the car will take 10-hour of playtime to get fixed. Cyberpunk 2077 Human Nature Quest
When you begin Human Nature quest in Cyberpunk 2077, you are asked to pick up your vehicle from the garage from your apartment building. The quest takes an ugly turn when your car gets wrecked by Delamaine.
If anything to go by a description of the Human Nature quest, you will need to wait untill the car is repaired. Yes, there is no other option to get it back. You will have to wait for around 10 hours of playtime to get your car back.
Instead of waiting for 10-hours at a place, you should start the Tune Up side job to start repairs on your vehicle. When you are done completing this side job, you can get a new vehicle.

How to Get & Steal A Car in Cyberpunk 2077
Once you have finished playing in Act 1 of Cyberpunk 2077, you can get and unlock vehicles by completing some quests like the “Life’s Work” gig or the “S*x on Wheels” quest. You can click on the link to know more about it.
Apart from getting a new vehicle, you can also steal cars in Cyberpunk 2077 but these cars don’t belong to V’s property and you can’t call them whenever you want. Stealing a car is not easy in the game because it requires enough Body skills to pull out a driver and take over the car.
