You will find the Broken Bot a landmine at the Badlands. All you need to do is head to the landmine marked in the image below. There will be many guards on your way. Once at this location, look for a blue-colored van in the middle of the compound. The Broken Bot is located within this blue van. If you are facing challenges finding the van, take help from the scan mode. Scanning will ping the van with a yellow marker.
Once you find the van, navigate to its backside, and find the Bot lying inside.
Remove the shard from the bot and drop it at the marked point. The drop point is close to the nearby fast travel point. Head there and deposit the shard to complete this part of the quest and get your reward.
