How To Find Access Points In Cyberpunk 2077

Published Date :

Access Points in Cyberpunk 2077, as the name suggests, are the waypoints that give you access to any location, data, or device. They also grant you some rewards including, money, crafting components, and quickhacks, but only if you can enter the right sequence and access through them. Hence, it is always essential to find Access Points in Cyberpunk 2077, especially in enemy or restricted areas. After finding these points, you can use them during the Breach Protocol mini-games to get access to different factors in the game.

Cyberpunk 2077 How to Find Access Points

You can find Access Points in Cyberpunk 2077 through three different ways, which are:

  • Scan the Area

You can easily find Access Points by scanning the area around you. These Access Points can be any device that can connect to a network. For instance, objects such as antennas, laptops, consoles, tv screens, etc. can be Access Points.

When you scan the area, these points will be marked with a small red-colored icon that looks like a network connection.

  • Use Quickhacks

Quickhacks, such as the ping quickhack, can help you easily detect any access points nearby. As the name gives it out, the ping quickhack will ping the Access Point and also guide you to the location with yellow-colored lines. You can collect the ping quickhack for free from the Gift side gig.

  • Use Extended Network Perk

The Extended Network perk will automatically highlight any nearby Access Point. This perk is from the Intelligence attribute in the Breach Protocol skill tree. You can easily unlock this by reaching Intelligence attribute level 7.
