How to Buy a House in TOTK
To buy a House, you must have completed Mattison’s Independence Side Adventure. If you haven’t completed it, then you can begin it by talking to Hudson in Tarrey Town. After completing this Side Adventure, you must interact with an NPC known as Rhondson. She is found at the Hudson Construction reception in Tarrey Town. Once you interact with her, she will offer you a plot of land at a discounted price of 1500 Rupees.
Next, you will be directed to the Rasitakiwak Shrine. There, you will be completing the House on Arrange challenge and building your first House in Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK). How to Customize House in Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK)
Even after completing the quest, you can come back and customize your house further. For that, you must talk to Grantéson at the Hudson Construction desk in Tarrey Town. Interacting with Grantéson will activate building mode where you must select the following dialogues to start customizing the House in TOTK.
- “I need more rooms.”
- “I’ll buy or preview rooms!”
Now, Grantéson will give you a plethora of items to buy. You can use those items to customize your house. For your reference, here’s a complete list of items that you can purchase there:
