You will first need to create a Steam group to be able to play with your group in Unturned. You have the option to make groups as well as join somebody else’s group in the multiplayer game. Here are the steps on how to create a group and invite your friends to it:

1. First, open your Steam launcher.
   
2. Now, hover over your username and then select “Groups”.
   
3. Then, scroll down to the bottom and click on “Create Group”.
