There are several status ailments including Cold, Fracture, Ulcer, and Overfull. Apart from the Starving and Incapacitated all of them can be cured with different grades of medical supplies. You can purchase those from the merchant, but it will cost a lot. This makes crafting them your best option.
How to Craft Medicine in Palworld to Cure Status Ailment
To craft supplies you are going to need a Medieval Medicine Workbench. You can use the bench yourself, but you will regularly need it, which can become a hassle. It is best to assign a Pal with Medicine Production work suitability. The workbench gets unlocked in level 12 of Technology, and you need to spend 2 points for it. Next, you have to collect 30 Wood, 5 Nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments to build it.
Once it is done, just go to the bench and use the Select recipe. Choose and make the supplies. Find the one with sickness and feed the supply to cure it.
