Energy is just as important a resource as water or food in Sons of The Forest. You spend energy while you hunt for food, scavenge for parts, and especially when you fight (or run). Using herbs you can craft some vital portions or mixes that help you in many different ways.

Here is what you need to craft an Energy Mix.

  • 1 Arrowleaf
  • 1 Chicory

Arrowleaf is a yellow-flowered plant that can be found around the island. Chicory is a plant with white flowers that grow in specific regions. If you can’t find the plant here’s a quick guide to help you out.
You can also craft the better version of the mix, Energy Mix+. Here is all you need.
