Cyberpunk 2077: Gimme Danger Quest Walkthrough

Published Date :

Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot of missions but players are finding it hard to complete a few missions. One such mission is called ‘Gimme Danger’. In this guide, we will teach you how to start and complete the Gimme Danger mission in Cyberpunk 2077.

Cyberpunk 2077 Gimme Danger Quest Guide

To begin this mission, you will have to go all the way to Japantown to meet Takemura. There, you will have a few dialogue options if you have enough points in the intelligence attribute. At the end of the conversation, he will hand over an infected shard that can be used to infect the network in the Camera control room.

What all you need to do is to get inside the control room but make sure you have at least six points in Body. If you are not having this option, you will have to climb up to the vent which has ‘EXIT’ written over it. You will have to get up there by using the dumpster.

Since there are no enemies inside the control room, you simply need to install the software on the security system and go back on the second floor to have a talk with Takemura again. After taking a look at his plan, he will tell you that he needs to do reconnaissance for the mission.

Since it is a big mission, you should extend your support to Takemura. If you do so, you will not only be shown a preview of the area that you will have to infiltrate next but also lets you form a bond with Takemura.

Now, you simply need to follow Takemura until you reach a lookout point high above the Arasaka facility. Now, scan the entire area and look for a perfect way to get inside Arasaka Industrial Park. There are multiple ways to infiltrate in Arasaka Industrial Park but the easiest one is to hijack the van that’s roaming around the facility. Notably, you can only hijack the van if you have six points in Body.

Once you hijacked the van, you will be able to drive it into the compound without indulging in a fight. Once you get inside, park the van next to the guardhouse. Now, you will have to climb up with the help of wooden palettes.

Once you are above the parking space, you will be able to see the pipes that you marked during reconnaissance. Now, jump onto the pipes and they will take you to a door on the roof, leading you inside the warehouse. When you get inside the warehouse, you will need to either kill a guard silently or simply slip past them through the use of quick hack distractions.

Irrespective of what you choose to do with the guard, don’t forget to turn off the two security camera above the walkway to keep yourself protected. Now, go down and follow the objective marker on the bottom floor.

To distract the guard standing in front of the objective room, you will have to hack the forklift. If you do so, they will walk forward, giving you an opportunity to get inside and install the software.

Once you finish the task, Takemura will open up the roof of the warehouse for your safe escape. To get there, you will need to climb up onto the crates and jump onto the outer rim of the warehouse roof and climb down the ladder to exit.

That’s all you need to know about how to complete the Gimme Danger quest in Cyberpunk 2077.  While here, you should check out our Cyberpunk 2077 Wiki Guide for answers to all your questions.
