If you like doing quests then, God of War Ragnarok has tons of them ready for you. For those who are unaware, Quests are known as Favor in the game. These favors not only allows you to progress through the story but also help you upgrade characters and gears. One of the Favors players are struggling to do is Across The Realms. In this quest, the player has to find 4 ingredients for making a Meal of Comfort. Once you complete the Favor, you’ll be rewarded with a good amount of XP and all stats boost by 5 (Permanent). Steps to Complete Across the Realms Favor in God of War Ragnarok
Here’s all you need to know about how you can complete the Across The Realms Favor in God of War Ragnarok. As mentioned earlier the player will have to find the ingredients to complete the quest. Ingredients such as,
- Find the Nordic Gourd
- Find the Prongfruit
- Find the Bantam Melon
- Find the Elven Cap
These 4 items are scattered all over the realms, which can be a bit tricky to find. Go through the Favour Walkthrough mentioned below and you’ll be good to go. Before you move ahead make sure you have unlocked the Midgard, Alfheim, Vanahein, & Svartalfheim Realms. If you do, then simply head to the Eternal Campfire located in Midgard Realm. Once you reach there look for a campfire emitting rainbow color smoke. After spotting it, look for a recipe book by Jari & Somr. And there the hunt for ingredients starts.
Location to Find Nordic Ingredient – God of War Ragnarok Favor Guide
To obtain this ingredient simply head back from the campfire to where you first arrived after initiating the Favor (Midgard). And there look for a yellow colored heart with design in middle. Once you spot it, head near it and you’ll get the Nordic ingredient easily.
Location to Find the Prongfruit Ingredient
In order to get this item head to the Forge Region which is situated in Svartalfheim Realm. Once you hop down from the train and reach the rail tracks, head down from the wooden staircase. Keep moving forward until you come across an intersecting path. Again keep walking and look for a Green colored heart and beside the Nornir Chest, you’ll find the Prongfruit Ingredient.

Location to Find the Bantam Ingredient – Across The Realms Favour
To find the 3rd ingredient to complete Across the Realms Favor in God of War Ragnarok head to Sinkhole located in Vanaheim. Here the player will have to reach the Celestial Altar. But before that make sure you have access to the Crater and Sinkhole by completing the corresponding quests. If you do have them unlocked then simply hop into your boat and head to the Celestial Altar and take a left as soon as you set foot off the boat. After moving forward you’ll see a huge gate that you can open by interacting with the chain. And there you’ll find an orange-colored carving of Jari & Somr. Beneath the design, you’ll get the ingredient you are looking for.
Location to Find the Elven Cap Ingredient
Players can obtain this ingredient by heading to the Forbidden Sands located in Alfheim Realm. In order to get there first go to the Hjarta Mystic Gateway. And then, head into the cave and keep going until you find a fallen pillar on your right. There you’ll find the last ingredient to complete the Across the Realms Favour.
Once you have collected all the ingredients go to the Eternal Campfire located in Midgard. And there, after some dialogues with Mimir, the Favour will be completed.
