  • Firstly, launch the Blizzard Battle.net launcher.
  • Thereafter, click on the profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Further, click on View Account which will redirect you to the Battle.net Dashboard on the Web Browser.
  • Now, click on the Account Details tab and navigate to the BattleTag section.
  • Click on the Update button to change your name in Overwatch 2.
  • However, keep in mind that the name can be changed for free only once.
  • Later, you will have to pay around $10 to purchase a new Battle Tag change.
  • Additionally, updating your Battle Tag will change your name not only for Overwatch 2 but also for all the other games you have associated with in your Battle.net account.
