LEGO Fortnite is a game of endless possibilities, from building a Castle to a simple boat, we get to try so much. Players have even made monorails and rocket ships here. But when getting started, understanding the designs can sometimes be tough; you need to make the simplest one first, and that’s exactly what we have brought you here. We have first explained the design of the easiest boat and then the more complex ones.
How to Make a Boat in LEGO Fortnite
The players are experimenting with many different kinds of boat designs, the simplest of which needs just 2 Dynamic Foundations, 3 Large Thrusters, and one Activation Switch. After building your first boat, you’ll get ideas to make it more lavish or sturdy, but for now, collect these three and get started with it:
- Place the one Dynamic Foundation on the shores.
- Put three Large Thrusters on the back.
- Connect another Dynamic Foundation on the front.
- Lastly, attach the Activation Switch to the middle corner of the front Dynamic Foundation. It should look like the above picture.
- Interact with the switch, and it will take you to the other end of the water body.
Can You Build Boats That Turn Left and Right?
Yes, you can create such a design with simple changes. The idea is to place the Small Thrusters on three sides of the boat. Take only one Dynamic Foundation; on its back, place two Small Thrusters. Now, horizontally place three long Wood Foundations on top, and lock them using railings. Put Thrusters on the left and right Wood Foundations.
Lastly, place an Activation Switch on each of them, left and right ones in front, middle one slightly inside, like a V shape. Doing this will allow you to use the left and right ones separately or else they’ll get activated whenever you interact with the switch.
The above design can be a little expensive and congested when traveling with others, so we have brought an alternative. Here, you simply need to connect six Dynamic Foundations such that three are on the both left and right sides. Next, place some Thrusters in the back. Lastly, attach some Dynamic Foundations on the middle one of the side you want to steer in, detach them when you don’t want to proceed in that direction.
