In The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword HD, players can use the Bomb Bag to store their explosives. Apart from combat, the bombs in this game are useful to solve puzzles along the way. Bomb Bag Locations in The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword
You will first see a bomb when you arrive at the Eldin Volcano after completing the Skyview Temple quest. You can pick them up but only for a moment before they explode.
To get the Bomb Bag in Skyward Sword:
- Climb the Eldin Volcano and enter the Earth Temple.
- Progress through this dungeon until you reach a stone ball and roll it to the right instead of straight ahead.
- There, you will meet Ledd the Mogma, and a cage-like area by him.
- Enter this area and defeat the boss inside.
- Pick up a flower bomb and throw it through the place you crawled in from.
- As the blocked door opens, enter there and you will find two Lizalfo Monsters inside.
- Beat them and you will get a Treasure Chest with the Bomb Bag inside.
This bomb bag can hold 10 bombs at once but you can increase its size. To use it, pick up a Bomb Flower and press the B button to store it.
How to Upgrade the Bomb Bag
This bag comes in three sizes i.e. Small, Medium, and Large. But first, you’ll have to upgrade the small bag at the following places:
- Visit the Bazaar in Skyloft and find Rupin. Give him 150 Rupees and he will give you a small bomb bag, increasing your storage capacity by 5.
- Go to the tower in Isle of Songs and you will find another small bag in a chest.
Now to upgrade it to Medium size, you’ll have to visit the Scrap Shop with the following materials:
- Blue Bird Feather
- Lizard Tail
- 3x Ornament Skulls
- 50 Rupees
And finally, for the Large Bomb Bag, you will need the following:
- Golden Skull
- 2x Hornet Larva
- 4x Jelly Blobs
- 3x Lizard Tails
- 100 Rupees
